The better the opportunity, the sooner it gets picked up by an investor. Our analysts may review your listings to ensure the numbers are accurate based on comparable sales in the neighborhood. Suppliers in the Network primarily consist of:
- Short sale specialists - Work with homeowners in pre-foreclosure. Objectively, they negotiate the terms of a short sale with the homeowner’s lien holder. Those who know what they’re doing are capable of creating a significant discount.
- Real Estate Agents/Brokers - Responsible for listing/advertising short sales and REO property. This Network can introduce prospective cash investors to gain leverage during negotiations, expedite the closing and develop a solid reputation.
- Asset Management Companies - Buy and sell Real Estate in blocks. Companies that acquire property in bulk use this platform to sell off inventory individually. When large institutions buy property at 30-50 cents on the dollar, they can afford to sell below market value and still turn a profit. Veteran investors are always looking for reliable asset managers to build relationships with.
